Imagine living in a community where you walk to your friends’
houses in other neighborhoods. Where your kids ride their bikes
safely to school and to practices. Where you can jog to a park
or shopping area. Envision going for an evening run without
having to dodge traffic. Or riding your bike to work.
People live this way in other cities. So why not here in Fort
Wayne? We are just as capable of being as active, as connected,
of being a part of this kind of community as the people in those
cities. We just have to make it |

happen. And happen it will
with the completion of the Fort Wayne Trails plan. Fort Wayne
Trails is a collaborative effort to improve the quality of life
for area citizens with safe and interconnected multi-use trails.
You can make it happen by helping us to fill the gap…once funding is
received for seven miles of trails—at $60 per foot or $150 per
step—a 40-mile network of trails will connect the Rivergreenway
to the western Allen County line.
As an Indiana 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Aboite New
Trails, Inc. is accepting your donation today to help build the
Fort Wayne Trails network. This donation will fund the
highlighted east-west corridor on the Fort Wayne Trails map. For
information on other trails projects, contact
